They don't expire. The court will cancel the warrant once you are arrested for it and taken before the court.

In answer to most of your questions is this. The warrant will stay on record even if it expires. If you are stopped for a traffic violation of involved in a traffic accident you will more than likely be arrested. You were lucky when you renewed your lic. Had the person behind the counter taken the time to run a check on your old lic you would have been arrested. I would suggest you contact Fairbanks yourself & explain your present situation & see if you can work out a compromise that will benefit all & clear your warrant

Bench Warrants do not expire. They are voided only when the person has been arrested.

they dont if you have one. you will be caught. they cancel your drivers license which also cancels your insurance and your tag number is flagged. meaning its put on a list and if a cop sees it they have you

I would think NEVER while you are on the run. I guess you have to be apprehended for it to end.
