I think I gave my child cheese at 10 months, egg white at 10 1/2 - 11 months, and cow's milk after his first birthday along with a full well cooked egg.

Babies can't have cow's milk until they are at least 1 year of age because it can cause allergies. After 1 year, you can give them vitamin D milk in place of breast milk or formula.
A little bite of cheese on the tip of your finger a very rare once in a while probably won't hurt your baby if he/she is under a year. They should experience different tastes. But never give them anything they can choke on. Ask your doc about the eggs. If there is a history of allergies, you may need to wait longer than anyone else.

You are supposed to wait until 1 year to give cow's milk and egg whites. You can give a baby cheese, yogurt, and egg yolks around 8-10 months. A doctor of a friend of mine recommend giving egg yolk mixed with breast milk/formula as soon as 6 months. But egg whites and cow's milk are supposed to be after their first birthday. Check out this website it was very useful for me.

Cow milk-Age 1
Eggs (no egg white)-6 months, with egg white, 1 year
Cheese is fine as they're starting solids
NO HONEY
NO NUTS
Yogurt is ok, look for the stuff for babies, it has active/health cultures in it to promote digestion

Milk is at age one. I gave cheese to my daughter before that, and I believe eggs should be given at 2 years old so allergies don't form.

My child's pediatrician says that she can have milk at one year. So I would assume that means cheese also. I haven't heard anything about eggs. Your best bet is to ask your child's doctor.

At one, but sometimes it's hard to transition them to whole milk so I actually started mixing the whole milk with the formula when my daughter (2nd child) was 10 months.
