Yes.

You show me a candidate that wants to...
- decrease the size of government
- overhaul the tax system to something that is fair to everyone(including those who have achieved and those who haven't),
- put a priority on national security across the board and doesn't just pick and choose where he wants to show that he is concerned about it
- control government spending
- restore our image around the world

...and I will vote for that candidate no matter what letter is next to his name.

According to the Constitution, all of the candidates are "qualified."

A better question would be if you would vote for a candidate from another party if he/she was the best person for the job?

The presidents job according to the Constitution is to be the commander and chief of all Military branches so no candidates are qualified.

They have to be more than just qualified, there are many who might be qualified but I need to see that they agree with my basic views on some of the major issues of today.

If he or she were qualified and the better of the two. That hasn't happened since I voted for Mark Hatfield for Senator back in the eighties.

Absolutely! I'm a life long Democrat and I think our Republican Governor Charlie Christ is wonderful. I vote for the bestperson for the job.

The obvious answer would be yes... I'm just not sure people do enough research beyond the (R) or (D) to figure that out. Admittedly so in some instances... I don't either.
