There are no U.S. silver dollars dated 1890 with the statue of liberty on it. The silver dollar minted in 1890 has just a bust of liberty, it is not the bust of the statue of liberty. The dollars were made at 4 mints that year and the mint mark if any is on the reverse at the bottom below the wreath. The values go from $14 in grade very good to $20 in higher circulated grades. The scare one has a CC (Carson City) as a mint mark and is valued at $75 is grade very good to $120 in grade extra fine. the above values are about what a would pay.
