On the off-chance that the asker isn't a troll:
Do you mean accessory belts, like the ones that drive the water pump, AC, alternator, etc? Only if you're really interested in losing some blood, skin, fingers, etc.

Of course you can just crank it up , raise hood and grab the belt it is that simple. But if possible it is always good to have someone to push the gas peddle while you grab the belt. that's the way i have always changed my belts.
