for people that work at disneyland...

I've had friends & relatives who have worked there & they all really enjoyed it. Some have been characters, one worked in a gift shop & another is still there working @ a couple of the rides. Who you do to start would pretty much depend on which area of the park you'll be working at & what you'll be doing. Some characters need to audition but I don't know if that applies to all of them.
