Realtors are always good resources on information like that. I would find a town that you are interested in and then call a Realtor and then they can direct you from there!

I love Colorado, but I absolutely know of not one place there that's inexpensive. I was there for 4 yrs and found it to be rather high, even though the pay is a little better than in the South and the Midwest, it's still expensive.

Pueblo is your best bet but you pay to live here. I was born and raised here but I'm moving due to crappy pay and HIGH cost of living
