Lebanon and Israel mainly. He was a god of the ancient Phoenicians.
But the Phoenicians also had colonies throughout the Meditteranean, so he was also worshipped in places like Carthage and Gadeira -- now part of Tunisia and Spain.
The Romans also recorded that the Carthaginians sacrificed babies to Baal.

Right here in the U.S. Christianity is Baal worship!!! Thats why they worship on Sunday, instead of the true Sabbath Day of Saturday!!! Also, look up the word "lord" in the dictionary, you'll see that it means "baal" Oh? & the word "amen" that everyone says at the end of thier prayers is actually the worship & praise word for the Egyptian god "Ammon" just look it up in any dictionary. You'll learn that christianity is ancient baal worship modern day cloned!!!

Bêl.--As this name means "lord," it could be applied, like the
PhÅnician Baal, to the chief god of any city, as Bêl of Niffur, Bêl of Hursag-kalama, Bêl of Aratta, Bêl of Babylon, etc. This often indicates also the star which represented the chief god of a place.
Essentially the whole of the middle East.

the man who said the entire middle east is probably right.
I mean it must have included the Isrealites because they were destroyed because of their false worship.
