Yes because you spill so much. you are not allowed to use a mobile phone that is hand held, but I notice that most of the drivers of Chelsea tractors do.

no not at all, as a matter of fact go out tonight get hammered, drive around for a while and when the cops throw you in the back of their car tell them you were just warming up for St. Pattys day.
