All restraunts are no smoking.
Most hotels/motels have certain smoking areas.

No smoking in all restaurants inside. Bars allow smoking. Many eateries do have what is often called patio seating, as it is outside you are allowed to smoke. Some hotels have become non-smoking and only allow you to smoke outside. The theme parks are mostly non-smoking as well but do have designated smoking areas.
I'm a native Floridian and I remember observing the changes happening.

as for resturants it all depends on what sort of liquor licence they hold..the theme parks have designated places for smoking and most of the hotels overe there still offer loads of smoking rooms

Basically you can't smoke in-doors. It's a very unhealthy habit so it is good to not smoke in general, but if you do please don't do it around people and especially children.
