It's little Jack HoRner, and he was eating pie with his hands on Christmas Day. He probably made a huge mess and got blueberry stains all over everything, so his mom tanned his hide, sat him down in a corner and was inspired to write a poem about the whole ordeal!
HumptY fell - think about it - eggs are just one continuous curve - he HAD to fall - no one pushed him!
The little old lady took in all the crack babies from the neighborhood hoes and was rearing them. She should get a medal, not grief!
Mother Goose and Father Gander were a real crazy couple who had a thing for feathers - this is all I know.
