Smoked Salmon.
My Dad went fishing in Alaska and caught Salmon. We bought a smoker grill just bto smoke it and it was AWESOME. We added flavor to the fish and smoked it with hickory wood. DELICIOUS.

I think it would depend on my mood for the day, but i'd have to go with smoked salmon today.
I had an ahi salad last week, and i had fried chicken on sunday.. ;)

They're all good but I have fond child-hood memories of my Mom's deep fried cat fish....and I sure do miss it. That was delicious!
