hey i was wundering if anyone knows what program or whatever to add script to a picture?

Do you want to add text to a jpg or gif file? Try using MS Paint - it's a free program that comes with windoze. Go to start-all programs-accessories-paint.

Make a backup copy of the picture first, though, in case you don't like the results.

I think the program IrfanView will let you do this as well. It's a free downloadable graphic editor.
