Chinese , Malay , Indian or English?
and If you say English does that mean almost all Singaporeans speak English fluently like any other english speaking country in the world?!!

The official National Language is Malay. That's why the National Anthem is Bahasa Malay. Commands and Orders when marching or parade formation are also spoken in Malay,

It's been said that English is the commercial language and while that still holds true in finance and banking, Chinese plays a major role in many companies with foreign interests.

Chinese is by far the most common spoken language of the street. There's a lot of discussion about Singlish, in theory Singapore version of English but I find basic use and understanding of English has deteriorated in the 28 years I've been here.

Malay is the national language of s'pore.... English is language of administration... but, the four official languages are chinese,english,malay & tamil

Malay is the National Language of Singapore.

And English is the language for business communication. Due to its multicultural society, everyone must speak English for community bonding.
