hi i had a sword who was very fat and she gave birth and i only had one. but she was still very fat for over two weeks and she still quit big and the baby is over 3 weeks old,so she may have more but may not. i mean when humans give birth there baby fat dont go that quick. but she may have some but i thought that about mine and she did not have anymore, a month after her first lot of fry she will have another lot, so you will have lots soon. hope this helps if you have anymore questions about fish then please feel free to email me i would love to help.

Yes it is very possible. I bought a molly in June. When I looked in my tank a couple weeks ago I found a molly fry . Then today she had another one! Live bearers are capable of holding fertilized eggs for a number of months having only a few fry at a time, so I'd say there's a very good chance that in a month or so you'll have some more!

It depends, after two to three hours, she is done having babies. They have about 30 fry each birthing (older has more, younger has less) and so she still has eggs and she will give birth the next two months with out a male. She may still have babies, or she might just be fat.

If you have live plants in the breeding tank, you could leave the mom in there with them, if not move her back to the main tank

Hope that helps
Good luck

i think of what you probably did is astonishing. My brother sister, and myself have been all accompanied. we adore and savour our start father and mom a lot for thinking individuals and giving us to our loving relatives. My sister isn't 18 yet, yet my mom keeps in touch along with her start mom. My brother & I easily have the two been in touch with our start father and mom and have been in a position to construct a friendship/courting with them. i won't be able to think of giving up a baby, yet i know it quite is annoying for you and my start mom. you're favored...and that i'm optimistic your baby will experience the comparable whilst they are sufficiently previous to understand the large factor you probably did for them! :) You made a smart selection!
