I am just curious as to what current country bands or artists that you really don't like? Also why do you not like them or their music?

I should stay away from this question. I have been playing
Country Music sence the early 50s and I HATE this what
they call Country Music.To start with They all think they are
song writers, They have the nerve to stand on the stage of
the grand ole opry where the GREATS have stood and sing
songs that are NOT Country. This Burns me up. Patsy Cline,
Hank Williams, Earnest Tubb, and the rest of the GREATS
would turn over in their graves if it were possible. Just because they know a few chords on a guitar and can open
their mouth and holler Dont make them Guitar players

Kenny Chesney. I really can't stand him. Waaaaay over played and all his songs sound alike. I don't think Sarah Evans' voice is all that great. I don't like Lonestar, Gary Allan, Rascall Flatts (their songwriting is awful) Toby Keith is a joke, he's such a poser. Shania Twain really isn't even country, she doesn't even seem to be involved in the country music scene. JoDee Messina stinks too. Taylor Swift needs to wait another 10 yrs before she comes on the scene. And you know, I've never liked Reba, her voice is so shrill.

Rascal Freakin' Flatts...Boy Band + Pop Country = Put A Gun To My Head! There are a bunch of Pop Country artists I hate...but If I die and go to the eternal fires...Lucifer will have a Rascal Flatts CD loaded up on this stereo just to torture me.

They sound like a pop boy band. They are not country. They need to go on that new show called Mission: Man Band where singers from Backstreet Boys and N'Sync get together to form another boy band. They would fit right in.

I don't like Carried Underwood. She started out as a cute little farm girl from Checotah, OK.. and now she thinks she's the hottest thing on the planet. She's very stuck up and high-minded. And, personally I don't think she's that great. Why does she win everything??

the only ones i do like are miranda lambert,lila mccann and kelklie pickler. alan jackson . hate the pop singers that want to be country.carrie underwood was ok till she started paying PETA OFF.
