Okay so last night I went out with a bunch of my friends.(which by the way I never go out.I am a single mom and dont get the chance.I would say go out once a month) any way so we all went to this bar.it was cool and the people were nice....there was this guyt that continuelly hit on me...and I did the same back.well to make a long story short.after many hours drinking I had to go to the bathroom.I was in the bathroom peeing when that guy that was hititng on me came in.I had my pants half way up when he grabs me and throws me around so that I am in front of him.he was playing with me for a while.thats when I heard him lock the door.now from that point I started to black out..and I was in and out of consciousness.I felt him trying to shove himself inside of me.I started to call for me friends.who were pounding onthe door and trying to get in he told me to be quiet.I remember falling to the floor behind the door. We left shortly after that. Should I have this guy pay for thedayafterpill

Wow, so he basically raped you. You need to go get a rape kit done at the hospital right away. It isn't painful or anything, they just do a few tests on you to make sure you don't have any std and such. While you're there, you should definitely get the morning after pill. If you're still in contact with this guy, call the police and tell them what happened. What he did was NOT right, don't let him get away with it.

I think you should press charges for rape. You also may want to seek some counseling. As for the morning after pill, it is not very expensive and you can get it free at planned parenthood.

Call the police and have the SOB put in jail where he can spend the next 15 years getting it from other guys. Then he'll understand the meaning of rape, when he's on the worng end of it and prefers standing to sitting.
Not to mention AIDs, a possible STD, etc.

First of all, file a police report, this was rape or attempted rape! Especially if you know who he is, or have any information on how to find/reach/contact him.
Second, visit a clinic or your doctor and ask for the pill, as well as prevention for STD's. Get tested!!!Do this for yourself as well as your children.
