connect flash drive

go to: my computer then the flash drive, right click open, at top go to edit, select all, hit delete key, done

if you connect the flash driver, and go to my computer, and right click on the drive, and select format that should clear all data off the drive. do this with caution as all data on the flash drive will be lost

Hello, when the flash drive is connected to the pc, the pc assigns a drive letter to it ( E, F, G, etc) you should be able to right click on the drive and select format

The recovery disk might allow you to just repair the Windows installation, some do and some don't. Contact your PC manufacturer and ask them.

Right click on the flash drive in the My Computer folder and select "format..." and use the standard format option (not the quick)
