I"m not over weight, I'm 5'4 I hate being this big in the chest because the tops are made for a person with no chest, I can find a cute shirt to fit in the chest but too big everywhere else..

I don't mean to sound rude here....but are you even just a little over weight? Cause if so one of the first places a female loses weight is her breasts.

If that's not an issue, I don't think there's really any other way. I feel your pain because I am 5'1" with 38D breasts and they can be a killer. But I know I can afford to lose some weight so that's my problem.

I know it sucks honey, but remember, You were made that way for a reason. Love your body!

No, I wish I could tell you it was true, I tried this formula with camphorated spirits, all I got was a smelly chest and a wrinkly breast for a few days, it wasn't worth it at all, because even the wrinkles filled back in only giving me larger, yet more supple breast and I hated it then too.

This is a funny question because I can remember being rather large and being so embarrassed because guys would notice.

Now I realize it was really a compliment....do you know how many girls wish it was the other way for them? Stop being embarrassed....you will get attention, but it is because people love it or are jealous....and someday a guy is going to be attracted for that, not your legs...and it has to be something.

So count your blessings. When you get older...you can have them reduced if you still feel that way....but wait awhile....you would be surprised how the right guy will make a difference in how you feel.

work out more, toning. I am a 36d as well. And i lost weight and they got bigger. Some excersizes tho work the muscles in your pecs and may help them get smaller. because breast tissue is a lot of fat. Just don't do them too much cuz then they will grow as muscle.

I'm afraid not. Breast reduction by surgery is the only way. But there are bras called minimize's that would help you a little when choosing tops.

Surgery is the only way to go if you are at a healthy weight.

If you are worried about costs, insurance can cover the cost of the reduction (it covered mine 100%!).

If you have any back pain due to your breasts a reduction would greatly relieve you of that pain. Most women do not have any complications due to having a breast reduction. The ones who do are those who have unhealthy habits like smoking and alcohol or do not listen to their doctors advice.

are you kidding...I went shopping for a dress for a wedding I have to go to tomorrow and ALL of the dresses were for big busted women. I am very small breasted and couldnt fill out ANY of the dresses. I was very discouraged and didnt want to go to the wedding. The only solution I have is surgery but who can afford that. Very Very sad when the clothes that are made are intended for women that are well indoud.
I hate it too!!!

Your natural breast size is for the most part determined by genetics. If you are not overweight this is probably your "natural" size and there really isn't much can be done, except a breast reduction (surgery). One thing I would suggest, try a minimizer bra. This will give you the needed support and will help visually reduce your breast size.

You don't state age or physical or mental health. Surgery ,is the only permanent reduction available.Wearing loose fitting tops and dressing conseratively may be an option you need to look at.You can reduce your physical impact by dressing differently.Good luck....George

Actually I suggest You dont do surgery...be proud of what u hve...Surgery can be expensive and can also cause some side affects and other problems at later stages of life....be proud of it...atleast it is better than having tiny breasts....get a top that looks good on big breasts
