Men scream just as much and as hard as women if hurt or tortured
Women usually have a higher pitch than a man due to longer vocal cords

No, men scream. Usually worse than women when injured severely, like in an auto accident.

no -it happens all the time -i know lots of men who can scream -just like a woman can-go to a horror movie with my uncle --you will hear him scream --i kid you not
