I pronounce it as the letter "O" but I'm from the south. lol I will sometimes pronounce it "zero" over the phone so there is no confusion. When typing though I spell it out "zero" because i remember something I heard in an English class or something that all single digit numbers should be spelled out, and not used in number form.

In normal conversation O as in the letter, but if I'm leaving a message for someone I always say zero.

If it is by itself (like, "there are zero attendants") I say "zero". Though if it is in a string of numbers like a phone number, I say O.

It depends on the number. If I'm reading off a long number to someone, I'll say "zero," but if the number is in my phone number or address, I'll often say "O."

Oh.

depends on if I am at work or home. I used to say O (the letter) but then I stopped and started being more business like at work.
