The stand alone for my 46 gallon tank was over $200.00. I've seen many used tanks on craigslist in the Seattle area for more than double that! Make sure that the silicone seams are all good so it doesn't leak, although for that price I would be willing to reseal it if it was me. Also, make sure you have enough help to move it carefully, as if you twist it at all, the seal could break. It looks to me like it is in good condition, and I bet if he can't use it in his new house, he may be selling the heater, filter, etc. with it, unless he is planning to buy a smaller tank. If not, they will still be a minimum expense to purchase, compared to the tank. Please research water conditions, fish and plants before you add too many fish if you haven't had tanks before! Grab it up, though, good deals like that don't last more than a few minutes on craigslist!

i could think of it rather is slightly severe. Many tanks are priced at $a million consistent with gallon for the tank and .50 consistent with gallon for the standor on your case $one hundred twenty five for the tank$seventy 5 for the stand. Hoodw/lighting fixtures furniture ensure it rather is in good shape however the bulb will could get replaced looking on what you're putting it to it no count if it rather is used i could say it rather is severe. no greater advantageous than $two hundred or much less grant two hundred see what they say

GREAT DEAL! if there are no cracks in the glass then take it! even if it leaks but only from the seams you can easily fix it with some aquarium calk. just as long as there are no cracks in the glass id jump on it. The stand alone is worth that much or more.

Yes, it's an excellent deal! Just make sure to ask him to fill it up with water to make sure it doesn't leak. If it does leak, go to a local pet store and pick up some silicone sealant.

I would suggest doing a search at different stores to see what the value of a comprable item would be new then you would know.

Good luck
