whoever said that you are a cow. they need to shut up. like seriously. you are perfect. i hate how people say oh for your height you should weigh this much. i hate it. i mean you play a lot of sports. which gets a lot of muscle. and muscle weighs more than fat. i play softball and volleyball so i have a lot of muscle too. but i think that being 5'6" and 138 pounds that is really good. just remember, a good part of that 138 lbs is muscle.

Perfect for your size. I think the weight scale for healthy height to weight is like 125 pounds - 150. I might be off by 5 pounds, but you can find a health chart on line that would be more accurate.

I'm 13, am 5'4, and weigh 95 pounds...YOu probably weigh more cuz of your height. Sooooo you might be a little more overweight than average, but not much.
