says that I have a STOP ERROR...a blue screen appears with some written words and it says I have a stop error. it says look into the manual but it doesn't help.. what is a stop error and how do I fix it. I cant access anything. i cant even log in the blue screen just appears..please help me please

I think you got what they call "the blue screen of death"
It is not impossible to fix even though I know it is frustrating

Turn power on and start pressing rapidly F8 it will boot in safe mode .

Try to work it with the safe mode and see if it works (including internet)

If you can't get into the Safe Mode, Do this:

Pop in your Windows XP boot disk and run a chkdsk in the recovery console. Works every time :)

If all fails, try this:
