I think 90 to 100 is an A. I think it varies depending on school system and grade level, though.

A 88-92 average is a B average. 93 to 100 points is an A average. 77-87 is a C average. And a 70-76 is a D. A nthing below that is an F.

At my school, 92% would be an A-. But it could be different at other schools. 90% was still an A- and 95% was an A.

In South Carolina, 93-100 is an A,
85-92 is a B
77-84 is a C
70-76 is a D
and 69-0 is an F

Hmm this "solution" looks suspicious...almost like it is a problem...and not a solution. But I digress. Here is a possible solution, not more spending, more efficient spending. Hot spotting in education (demographic trouble shooting and fund allocation) + virtual inter academic aggregation (implementing effective methods can be done in real time in the information age, the only thing that prevents this is lack of old fogey imagination). Some initial costs would have to be absorbed, but I am confident you could see real improvement if people would stop whining and start fixing (maybe it is a fight over who would get to take credit for the jobs it would create, and the problem it would solve...I am sure that is most important to the children).

Every school district is different, so it will vary. At my school, it is an A. When I was in school myself, a 92 was a B+ where I attended. Because every school's grading scale is different, when you apply to college, your school will have the grading scale printed on your transcript so the college/university knows what it is. I am not sure how that works when applying for college after homeschooling.

Hope this helps!

It depends on the what the guidelines by your state's dept. of education say. Here in MS, a 92 would be a "B". 93 to 100 would be an "A".
