Apparently we do, we eat / inhale small spiders when we sleep. Normally the spider is inhaled into the mouth, then the sensation activates the production of saliva which leads to a swallow response.

YES--- ITS A GROOSOME FACT...In a life time every person has atleast 5 spiders go in our mouth while we sleep.One night I woke up and a blackwidow about the size of a quarter was on my nose it was horrifiying
