Find the equation of a line that has a slope or -2/3 and a y intercept of -3.

the equation of a line is y=mx+b
where m=slope and b= the y-intercept
so you're given the slope and the y intercept so plug them into the equation...
if m=-2/3 and b=-3
then y=-2/3+ (-3) which simplifies down to y=-2/3-3
