School Yard shootings of 4 Black college students?

But my question is, they have arrested 2 people so far, and one is a teenager and the other is an undocumented worker(illegal alien). Will the teenager be eligible for the death penalty since they are trying to try him as an adult. I know they will most likely pursue the death penalty against the illegal immigrant since the crime was gruesome and he committed another felony while killing them, but don't you think that this is the main reason why people are against illegal aliens, because the high rate of crime SOME of them committ.

Yes, I think that would be one of the larger problems that people have with illegal aliens. The other would be taking jobs away from legal citizens. I hope they both get the death penalty.

Whether the man is an illegal immigrant or not, the crimes were gruesome in themselves, they were a execution by any word. The death penalty is what's called for it doesn't matter where he's from.
If, this is a big if and it's happen. He's from country that doesn't not recognize the death penalty then they may just ask for leniency on his part. Another issue, who pulled the trigger?
I do believe the girl lived she would be an witness if she does live and remember.
I don't think it has anything to do with him being an immigrant or not and, they, we, shouldn't judge him that way.

No. I believe in 2005 the US Supreme Court ruled that the death penalty couldn't be applied to anyone who committed their crime before the age of 18. Even if they try the teenager as an adult the most he can get, if convicted, is life without parole.

It seems that with all the laws for illegals and hand outs we give them, this guy prob wont have anything happen. They might deport him or something. Illegals have rights in this country, go figure. I think they might give the teenager an adult charge in about 10 yrs, at least thats how long things take to get to a trial.

i think a main reason ppl don't like illegal immigrants is b/c they take away jobs from legal residents b/c the illegal imm will allow for a pay that's waaaay lower than the legal res.

I doubt the teen will get death. Life w/o parole maybe but I can't see them sentencing a teenager to death even if he was a serial killer. Tragic though. So tragic.

The reason 'illegal aliens' have higher crime rates is because they are disproportionately poor, not because they're somehow more inclined to violence.
