ALOT of famous people have stayed in Miami, that is just like asking what famous people have stayed in New York, LA, Paris, London. Miami is a world class destination and alot of famous people live in and visit Miami.

some that are from Miami, have stayedj, and stay in Miami are: JLO, Trick Daddy, Trina, Jackie O(the rapper), Pitbull, Rick Ross, Pretty Ricky, Rosie O'Donnell, Gloria n Emilio Estefan, DJ Khaled, Dwayne Wade, Alonzo Mourning, Shakira, Anna Kournikova, Enrique Iglesias, Whitney Houston, and more...keep in mind many of these famous people have homes in other areas too, but also reside in Miami a great portion of the year...

Versace has a house/mansion on south beach (heard he got shout outside his own home years back), J-Lo, Pretty Ricky, PitBull, the guy that sings "suicidal" is supposedly from miami, I heard the rapper Hurricane Chris is from Miami.. some say Shreveport, lots of people too many to name, that live there NOW.

Gloria and Emilio Estephan live here , Madonna used to live here , Silverter Stallone had a house too, JLO , Enrique Iglesias, Matt Dammon lives in Miami now as the father of his stepdoughter lives in Miami too so the kid is close to her father, many of them pass by buy a mansion and then get bored , sell it ,make millions and leave to someother place.
PS ; Have never seen none of them but I know they live or lived here as many buy their houses in some islands in Miami Beach with private entrances that nobody is allow to enter so people hardly see them
