...wasn't that so-called 'human poop' called Zygot-25, or something??? I remember that they referenced it several times, in the course of the film...

...anyways, I remember seeing the film, many years ago, back-to-back with "Kentucky Fried Movie"; despite having DVD copies of both movies, I'd definitely fork over some more hard-earned dollars, to see them both on the big screen, again!!!

...a couple of my favorite scenes in the movies included the faceless kitchen chef, who is putting together some kind of whacked-out recipe in a big glass bowl, using the aforementioned Zygot-25, while an off-screen narrator reads off the steps for the recipe...way too rapidly for the chef to keep up!!!

...there's also the final skit, involving a scrambled cable T.V. signal, that's obviously a porno movie, and two commentators are giving a play-by-play description of the proceedings, as if it was some kind of Olympic sporting event...

This movie was a sort of precursor to SNL. In fact, it was a series of sketches strung together as a movie. If you liked The Groove Tube, you should try Kentucky Fried Movie. Another farout flick that was a stone cold groove, baby!
