Are courts usually receptive to changing a date? Has anyone ells hade this problem?

if you explain to the judge they will often help you. if it is a big trial then you vacation will have to be some other time

1. Call the Court Clerk's office and see if you can reschedule the hearing date. Sometimes you can, and sometimes you can't; you'll have to ask.

2. Just pay the fine and let the chips fall where they may on points, insurance, etc.

3. Reschedule the vacation if you can't get a new date.

Try to get a new date, but don't leave town until you're sure the hearing has been rescheduled. Or just pay the fine.

The only answer to that would be to contact the clerk's office and see if there is any possible way that you can get it rescheduled. If they refuse, then you are pretty much S-O-L. Good luck!

Go to the court clerks office. In person, they may understand. You have a chance!

never had that problem.
Call and go to make sure everything is taking care before you leave or you will have a warrant when you get back.
