You might also like Alaska. Being in the north, it's got...well, it's got plenty of snow, that's for sure.

You have to come to Utah. Greatest snow on Earth in winter and 10 K foot rocks to hike in summer. Utah is a high desert so hot in the summer COLD in the winter we had 221" at Snowbird (base pack) a couple of years ago...
