Cheapest solution is at home mud baths and cucumber slices. Make some mud outside. Smear it on all over then and cover your eyes with cucumber slices. Sink your feet into a bucket of sand, and rub them around. Bake for 15 minutes in the sun with the mud on, and then hose off with the garden hose.
You can also make your own bath salts from a box of Epsom salts, a drop of perfume, and some food coloring.

to make a really good foot or body scrub just mix olive oil and sugar together with a little essential oil. It is SUPER moisturizing and luxurious
