Some reputable source, the British Museum or the Council for antiquities in Egypt probably have websites that will be of use to you. Also you could try BAJR (the british archaeological jobs resource), they have extensive links to archaeological sites on the web.

be careful what you cite, last i checked National Geog., still has the Tut murder systery site up and it has since been proven that he wasn't murdered, stuff on Tut is still coming to light, so make sure what you use is recent
