When is the best day of the week and time to collect unpaid debts?

Statistically speaking. I have to collect on unpaid debts or I loose commission at my job. I would like to know the optimal time and day of the week to attempt to collect on the outstanding balances.

The people you work for cannot give you any suggestions? That is odd. Usually, collection agencies have training before they allow people to try to collect for them. There are laws that need to be understood and important techniques that have to be learned. To allow a newbie to just sit down and start calling is just asking to lose money.

I would check with your manager and see what that person has to advise you.
