Men seem to get away with alot more. And yes..in general men get paid more too..so no, I do not see it as equality in the workplace.

Not really. We are ether treated with more respect and handled very cautiously, or treated inferior and get paid less for the same job as our male colleague.

I know for a fact they don't. At my job men are in the back doing heavy lifting. In front are all the women doing light cleaning.

nope. we still get paid less. I think for every dollar a man makes, women make about 73 cents. and don't get me started on the double standards.

I think in Engineering type jobs, they are treated better then men.

they are paid less and no one trusts them for a big assignment just because they are women in spite of their talent because of some stereotypes

No, not where I work: All of the managers of the place I work, and all of their bosses are males. Very curious.
