Getting rid of the feminist judges would help! A lot of old feminists from the Baby Boom era will be retiring soon, so there is hope that things will get better.

Remove all Female Judges would be a start. Just kidding, Well in Cook County where I reside,The family& divorce court operates much like it did in 1966. Often w/ disastrous consequences.

The problem is the Mother/Wife is invariably ALWAYS Given the benefit of the Doubt. In alot of cases where the evidence clearly shows the contary. Some Judges feel biology alone is the determinate factor as to who should be awarded custody.
Hopefully with the Alec Baldwin Parental Alienation scenario.Judges& Courts will wake up and make rulings as they should by being fair& impartial.

The custodial parent normal keeps the residence. This allows for continuity for the children. In my divorce without children, I received the house.

Custody is decided on the best interest of the children. The court looks at which parent is more involved with the children and their activities. I know many fathers who received custody of their children.

Most of the time I hear about guys "getting screwed on the whole custody and support thing" I find out that they never even petitioned the court for custody. They have no room to complain there.

One of the biggest problem in our society is the number of single women trying to raise kids by themselves, and single- parent families are becoming the norm. Too many men just walk away. Look at the thousands in jail who are not supporting their kids. I read that over 50% of black teen-age girls get pregnant, but I know of one white family where three unmarried sisters have five children between them and all are unemployed. What can be done? I know your question is about "divorced" men, but I just had to rant!
