The Trunk is the best place for it right now. As it has no direct light and not much air flow it would be the coolest. You are not going to experience breakdown and all these problems right away. THat would be prolonged exposure and also more damaging if it is in the front.
Secondly the computer is OFF so it cant continually heat up. Hence the fans because of the heat it produces.
You will be fine for the day. I have had a computer in my car hotter and in the front and OH NO MELTDOWN. not. and not problems ever with it.

I wouldn't move it to the front of the car. I will say this, it is more safe to have it in the trunk out of the view of everyone that walks by. If you move it up front you know have the threat of the computer being stolen, and heat damaged.

Worse comes to worse, the computer becomes fried. The good news is you can get a great computer for around 400 bucks.

Good luck!

Oh yea, that can't be good.
In your car anywhere if its 90 is bad.
Computers have fans for a reason - the insides could get damaged. Best to bring it inside.

:-(
Yes it will the thermal glue on the processor will break down faster and the battery and capacitors will lose there life, lasting shorter and shorter and after periods of time.

Also the LCD screen film will fade a lot faster and the light bulb in your LCD can even crack leaving no picture

TAKE IT OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
