Scholastic and Warner Brothers are not going to let JKR simply walk away from a multi-billion dollar pay day. She may take a break but the almighty dollar will win out in the end and she'll continue the story.
If not, they'll buy her out and other writers will continue the saga.
You might not realize it but Harry Potter is the Star Trek of this generation. Whether you liked "Trek" or not, look at the franchise and the continued story line...Harry Potter isn't gone by a long shot !

Yes I will. I have read all the books and watch all the movies. Harry Potter is excellent. If J.K. Rowling misses writing Harry Potter (which she does) then obviously her fans will miss it to just as much
