I'm pregnant with my 3rd child (and last...) and I was wondering if the more children, the earlier you go into labor??? My 1st was a hospital induction, my 2nd was a naturaql induction (birth center) so I'm really not sure when they would've come naturally. This time around I want to make sure she comes when she wants.

My first child was 10 days early.

My second child was 3 days late and induced. Fortunately I didn't know then that I was supposed to go into labor earlier. ;o)

My third baby came 3 days early all on her own.

So, for me, it isn't really each one comes a little earlier. But each woman and each pregnancy is different. But you already knew that. :o)

Congrats on Baby #3!

They say it gets easier the more pregnancies you have, but I have to disagree.

My first came a week early. My second was induced 2 weeks early. My 3rd was scheduled to be induced 9 days late, but she decided she was coming on her own the day of the induction. Now I don't know what to expect with my 4th. I have been told I will not go past my due date because I had preeclampsia with the 3rd. Now I have a low lying placenta, so they may even do a c-section if it doesn't move up before the due date. This is my last.

I was induced with all mine. However, my fourth one my water actually broke on it's own, but i still didn't go into labor. They had to start it for me. If i ever have another, I pray that I go into labor and everything happens on it's own. I've never experienced that with FOUR tries!!! Anyway, I was right on time cause i was induced, however, the labor seemed to get much easier. My first was so easy, second, I had a really bad car wreck and major surgery, all the trauma made my labor really long and hard and difficult, but the next two were no problem. Good luck and God Bless.

Ive had five kids, and the first two, I went into the beginning stages of labor...After pit and an epidural, they were born..After that, I just let my body do it's own thing..Turns out, I will contract for about two days..Not painful, and it certainly does not stop me from doing anything...Then, once it starts to get painful, I know it's really kicking in...Makes me wish I waited with the first two..They probably would have had different birthdays for sure. It takes patience to figure out how your body does things..Everyone is different..I have a friend who, from first contraction to the baby being born is 45 minutes! WoW! Cant fathom that one! So, just give your body a chance..It's not broken!!!
