Having one testicle doesn't mean you cannot get pregnant. While the number of sperm produced is lower than if he had 2, but the difference is from 1 million sperm to 500,000being produced, it only takes 1, your friend is playing with fire, and may get burned. If she is still having a normal monthly cycle the odds are a little lower at her age, but, if the juices are running she can definitely still get pregnant.

Very likely, if she hasn't gone through menopause yet. His having only one testicle doesn't mean he can't get her pregnant.
Long ago I dated a man who was 22, had only one testicle, and had two children!
You may want to pose a question to her: "Suppose you DO get pregnant ... with a FLING. Then what?" Seems to me, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Use protection! She's being ridiculous anyway, by exposing herself to all sorts of STDs.

LOL Your friend sounds really immature, and not even "for a 41-year-old."
As long as she is still having a menstrual cycle, she can still get pregnant. It happens. A lot.
The fact that he has one testicle does not render him sterile.
And you, and now we, know entirely too much about your friend's fling's twig and berries.

If she hasn't gone through meno[ause yet then she can still get pregnant. He may have a lower sperm count...but he is still virile. It only takes one sperm to get pregnant.

If she is still ovulating, you'll have the last laugh. Or maybe just feel sad about your silly friend.
