My kids have no mute button, the channel changer is broken and the volume only seems to go up!
But, man, I love 'em!

My son is 13 and still likes to hear himself talk. Don't get me wrong, I'm blessed to have a child who can speak clearly and effectively, but sometimes I just want him to hush!
When you find the mute button, can you email me and let me know where it's at?

There is a mute button, but it can only be used by administering a blow to the head with a sledgehammer. I would check your local laws before applying this answer.
