I have well hung balls, I read on the internet that during the selection of the next pope of the catholic christians they do this test to see whether his balls are well hung. They do it since a woman dressed as a guy once became the pope. Anyway, since I have well hung balls and since they are well balanced (both are hanging at the same level) I think I am a well balanced male. I may be a well balanced person as well.

A well-balanced person is the one who can control their judgement on rational bases; and the one who can keep both heart and mind coping together in harmony and are, in the same time, not overlapping.

I think it's someone who doesn't need any vices to hold them up. They are confident in themselves and strong in their morals. They do the right thing and usually are doing well in life.
