How can I remind myself not to talk?

That's hilarious. A few years ago we had a class about that. We all walked around with tape across our mouths.

After doing that for one entire day, we all learned to keep our big yaps shut.

Sometimes I just keep repeating to myself, "shut up, shut up, shut up, don't say anything."
