Normally I would just ask the guy, but I do work with him and he is my manager. This isn't my career and I could find another job in a heartbeat, so that is not a concern at all for me.
He is a little bit older than me, but this is what he does:
-He comments on my appearance
-He comments on how he enjoys working with me
-He always smiles at me and talks to me about things not work-related.
-He looks at me differently, I can just see it in his eyes
-He touches me a lot on my back, and jokes with me physically(pokes me, etc, etc)
-He congregates around me, whenever he comes around, it is by me.
What do you all think?

It sounds like he is physically drawn to you. If it is more than that he should make a move - otherwise you should ignore his advances. If he isn't ready to make his intensions clear it might be for a reason.

First of all...does any of this make you feel uncomfortable? If so, you need to talk to him and tell him to cut it out. If he doesn't, bring it up to your Human Resources department.
If you welcome his advances, I would ask him what his motives are for treating you this way. If he confirms that he is in to you, and you feel the same way, quit your job before anything happens. It's an awful, awful situation to date your boss. Things may get awkward around the office--especially after sex, and even more if and after you break up--and your coworkers may feel threatened or jealous and assume that you will be favored. Even if you try to keep your relationship a secret, it never turns out that way.
Definitely talk to him before you do anything rash.

i think he has a little thing for u well i mean if yur ok with him doin this then let him but if u dont like this then politely ask him to stop either way u should maybe ask him if he does hav feelins for u of any sort

He most likely has feelings for you.
Ask him to coffee or lunch.
If he says no, then you know he was just being nice.
It doesn't hurt to try.
And like you said, since this isn't your career, you could find another job.

a guy at school does that to me all the time and well he has a gfriend <3 and still flirts with me and all my friends aggree
