that "I am" is reportedly the shortest sentence in the English language?

Could it be that "I do" is the longest sentence?

Deep thoughts.
Did you know that "Adam Had 'Em" is the shortest poem, but "My girlfriend had it" could make you pay child support for the rest of your life?
And how the hell hasn't anyone gotten the "I do" segment, not literally people.

I think "I do" is an incomplete statement. Kinda like just saying "Stand."
but I didn't know "I am" was the shortest sentence.
