I have a small fortune that I am waiting to re-invest in the real estate market. I sold out 3 years ago a little early and could kick myself but in another year I will be able to double or triple my money over the next 5 years . If the market rebounds quickly .
As a conservative I have a majority of my money in bonds which have a low yield but are very safe .
I have a few hundred thousand I play the market with and have basically broken even over the last three years . SO I am A conservative .

Yes, it's kind of hard not to these day's, and I try never to dwell on the past, let bygones be bygones, and forge ahead, there's no time like the present in my opinion, and I am swaying politically from republican to moderate.
"United" we will stand, "divided" we will fall.

Although you cannot ignore history and the present day consequences of past mistakes.
Furthermore if you do not learn from the past you are doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past.

The past is important, we need to learn from it. But as important as it is, it's not as important as how we see our future. Republican
