If you have that many days of bad days, Then its time to change a lot of days. Change your routine all the way around. Get up at a different time. Take an extra 1/2 hr. on a bath. Go to bed early. Just try it. Change your house around make it brighter more colorful. Do it for a month and see if some of your days turn into better days. Hope today is a good day for you.....

Not having a number one day either. Just opened a jar of kosher pickles and eating me one..Not much you can do but roll with the flow on those days. I try not to be so moody and take my bad onto someone else. I am the type of person that keeps those bad days to herself. Sometimes I go to bed and forget it all for a while. So really Phig I don't actually know what to tell you cause that's something one has to work out on their own.

I make a list of the things getting me down. Then figure out how to fix them one by one...if they can't be fixed I do my best to file them away till I come up with a solution. Ironically...I look back on last months list...and those things were really silly. How perception changes.
