Success is determined by how you define it.
When I was younger and dated married when I defined success by frequency between encounters always from their spouse. I never wanted more than a physical relationship with any of the married women I dated, regardless of what I may of said at the time.

There is no such thing. Once she tires of you she will do the same to you. As she has done to the husband. And if she meets someone she thinks she likes more than you. She will drop you and go with the new one. That's the way these things work. One is cheating looking for something one feel or thinks lacks in the relationship with the spouse. It's easier to replace a lover than a spouse. No paper work. Or lawyers needed.

Sorry... But that doesn't sound like English to me...

Married women don't see any other relationships as love affairs, they are referred to as flings. Purely physical entertainment for a short period of time. No emotion / feelings involved. You are being used, my dear. Does that sound like a successful relationship to you?

First, you should learn how to write a sentence that makes sense. Second you should preview what you have written BEFORE you hit the "submit" button. Third you should find a woman that is not married (if that is what your question is).

Love affair with married woman? Married to whom? If married to you, simply be honest and caring her feelings and wishes. If married to other man i.e. she is not your wife, stop it and forget doing so.
