Perceptions are just that - perceptions.
You cannot change another person's perceptions. BUT you can know on the inside, of upi you were being nice/polite/courteous/reasonable/etc.
If you are NOT kind and courteous etc, then you have cause to be worried. It WILL upset other people.
Look inside yourself and ask : "Do I behave as I would like others to behave towards ME?" If the answer is "YES", then
QUIT driving yourself bananas. God loves you.

There is no problem with you. U are alright. But there is some thing/some body making you worry all the times. Find it out and get rid of that.
U can shout on some one only when u do not have a good opinion on them, for you to get such an impression abt them they too have thier role. They wud have tried to cheat/insult/discourage you...So change their company.
If u feel they are absolutely alright, then u must find out the thing that irritates you... may be u can take sme one's advice.
Good luck.

You do not have to suck up to people to get them to like you. And if they start talking to you more after you start sucking up..chances are they only want to use you. Stop worrying about offending people and just be yourself. Being yourself will make you more comfortable and you will be mroe relaxed and people will see that and be more relaxed around you.
I've come to realize that people are cold and mean. And all we can do is try our best to be who we are comfortable being. If people don't like it then its their loss.

As long as your intentons are good and not meant to be hurtful, you shouldn't worry so much. People are weird and often mistake what you say due to their own insecurities. Stick with good people and this won't be a problem.
